Offsite planning

• An offsite needed to be planned with activities
• Location needed to be accessible via airports and should not be too far
• All accommodation, pickup, travel as well as hotel management needed to be taken care
• All plan needed to be executed in given budget

KM Execution

• After much brainstorming, had selected Hyderabad as the destination for offsite
• Travelling from Hyderabad to all guests was managed from 3 different locations
• Entire offsite was planned with full course meal, cocktail night and Hyderabad tour 
• Planned a treasure hunt right in the Charminar
• A surprise Biryani – famous Paradise was arranged for pickups
• A much well executed offsite and was much appreciated from all the members
